An apparent nonsense
unraveled
now meaningful.

Like prophets denounced
insane, madmen.
Yet when the earth dissolves into
these empty pages

why don't these prophets just buy
or build
their own bomb shelters
save themselves?

Or that save everyone shit
is just a meek ploy
to get someone
to act insane
as well.
